Welcome to Sentex. By adding Sentex to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the bot. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Sentex.

You are responsible for your conduct while using Sentex. You agree not to use the bot to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates Discord's Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spamming, distributing malicious content, or any other form of abuse.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty

Sentex is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the bot will be available at all times, nor do we promise that its features will always function as intended. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use or inability to use the bot.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use Sentex to bypass Discord's user restrictions, automate self-botting, or perform any actions that are strictly prohibited by Discord's Terms of Service. Any attempt to exploit or manipulate the bot's features for unauthorized purposes is strictly forbidden.

4. Intellectual Property

The Sentex bot and all of its code, functionality, and design are the intellectual property of its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the bot or any of its components without explicit written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Sentex may utilize third-party APIs or services to provide certain features. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these third parties. Your use of these features may also be subject to their respective terms.

6. Governing Law

1. Data Collection

Sentex collects the following information to function properly:

• Server IDs: To identify which servers the bot is in and store server-specific settings.
• User IDs: To save user-specific data, such as preferences or configurations.
• Channel IDs: To send messages to specified channels.

We do not store the content of messages, user private information (like IP addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers), or any other data not listed above.

2. Use of Data

The collected data is used exclusively to operate and improve the functionality of Sentex. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. Your data is not shared with third-party services, except for standard Discord API communication.
